Financial Policy

We want you to experience the best care at a great price. Your payment for treatment is due on the day of service. Below are the different forms of payment we accept:

  • CareCredit®


We provide CareCredit® in our office if you need special financing. With CareCredit®, you are able to make payments towards the cost of your treatment. If you’re interested in applying for CareCredit® (or just want to learn a little more) simply click here or call (800) 365-8295.

Insurance

Having Dental insurance will significantly help you pay for your care. A majority of dental plans cover around 50 to 80 percent of your care. Most insurance companies pay their portion of your care within 90 days. What your insurance plan does not cover, you are financially responsible for. If for some reason your insurance company either doesn’t pay or rejects your claim, you will be responsible for that bill as well, and we’ll help guide you through it.

Now, if you’re unable to provide us with your insurance information, we ask that you please pay for your treatment in full. If you’re able to provide insurance information after treatment, simply contact your provider and ask that they reimburse you. If you need help with this, we’re here for you.
